Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OEM Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in driving Safetrust’s physical access solutions by building and managing strategic OEM partnerships. You will work closely with our Product Team to target, develop, and manage relationships with potential OEM partners that align with Safetrust’s strategic goals. Your expertise in the physical access ecosystem will be critical in driving growth and revenue through successful OEM collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- OEM Targeting & Partnership Development
- Collaborate with the Product Team to identify and target potential OEM partners that align with Safetrust’s strategic initiatives and product roadmap.
- Evaluate OEM opportunities based on market trends, technological alignment, and long-term business goals.
- OEM Relationship Management
- Lead and manage all stages of the OEM relationship lifecycle, from initial contact and negotiations to closing agreements.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key OEM stakeholders, ensuring ongoing collaboration and successful partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for OEM partners, providing support and ensuring alignment with Safetrust’s objectives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Work with the OEM partner and cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new OEM products, ensuring a smooth and impactful product launch.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies that drive the adoption of Safetrust solutions among OEMs.
- Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth through the successful implementation and expansion of OEM relationships.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to OEM revenue, market penetration, and product adoption.
- Industry Expertise
- Leverage a deep understanding of the physical access ecosystem, including technologies such as biometrics, credentialing, RFID, mobile access, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies within the physical access control space.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in OEM or partner management, sales, or business development within the physical access, security, or related technology industries.
- Proven success in managing OEM relationships, driving revenue, and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of the physical access control ecosystem and related technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive complex partnerships to closure.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales.
- Experience with CRM and partner management software tools.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
