About the Role
We seek an experienced System and Network Administrator to join our team in Fremont, CA, and oversee IT operations across our local office and US region. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances strategic planning with technical execution, and enjoys supporting diverse projects across the organization. We seek self-motivated individuals who work well independently, adhere to priorities, and follow design guidelines and corporate approval processes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage IT Operations: Oversee IT tasks for both the local office and the US region, ensuring seamless operations and resolving issues efficiently.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain and manage the IT asset register, ensuring all assets are tracked, updated, and compliant with company policies.
- Azure AD Management: Develop, implement, and manage our Azure Active Directory environment, ensuring secure access and optimal performance.
- Network Management: Oversee and maintain the local network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, performance, and security.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to local and remote users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- System Administration and Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure all systems are secure and up-to-date.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption, monitoring for vulnerabilities and responding accordingly.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate IT projects such as office expansions, software rollouts, and system upgrades, collaborating with other departments to implement effective solutions.
- Vendor and Procurement Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for support services and manage hardware and software procurement.
- Disaster Recovery and Performance Monitoring: Support disaster recovery planning and monitor system performance, ensuring business resilience and generating reports for efficiency tracking.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT operations management
- Experience in managing Azure AD environments
- Proficiency in IT asset management and effective tracking
- In-depth knowledge of network management, including hands-on experience with local networks
- Ability to write code in Python or other scripting languages
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
